Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter with a logical mindset and a knack for problem-solving?

Due to growth at one of our leading multi-site manufacturing partners, we are now on the hunt for multiple suitably qualified Maintenance Fitters.

Our client is seeking skilled trade professionals to join either of their two Western suburbs based sites.

The successful applicants will play key roles in carrying out repairs and maintenance on various machinery, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

About – Maintenance Fitters

• Ingleburn: 1 x Day Shift (6am-2pm)
• Ingleburn: 1 x Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm)
• Wetherill Park: 1 x Day Shift (6am-2pm)
• Wetherill Park: 1 x Night Shift (10pm-6am)

Pay Rates

• Day Shift: Starting from $50-$53 per hour (depending on experience) + Super + Leave Loading (17.5%) + Penalty Overtime Rates
• Afternoon Shift: Add 20% to Day Shift Rate
• Night Shift: Add 30% to Day Shift Rate

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Trade Fitter: Experience in repairs and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Australian Residents Only: Limited Australian experience is acceptable.
• Proactive and Reliable: A can-do attitude with a focus on safety and quality.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
• Overhaul, adjust, and tune machines to meet specifications.
• Attend to breakdowns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Collaborate with contractors and participate in projects to improve machine performance and reliability.
